5 More Things You Can do for Summer in the UK

Let me first say that I’m a bit of a bargain hunter and am always on the look out for things I can do but for less. I am a big fan of the Fever App. No I’m not sponsored by them, but wish I was! I have just had good experiences with them. These are a few I’ve seen that have me wanting to book and I hope they give you some inspiration. Oh and if you don’t have someone to go with, please just try going solo. It will be a different experience if you open yourself to it.

Afternoon Tea

Now who doesn’t love an afternoon tea? A bit of sweet, a bit of savoury with some tea or, champagne or, cocktails. I enjoy a bit of bouji luxury for a couple hours and maybe you might enjoy these. First we have the French Brasserie Afternoon Tea at the Camden Social all for £35. Or you may enjoy some cute looking cocktails at the That’s So Fetch afternoon tea for £42. There’s also the Asian and Tapas afternoon tea from Inamo for £19.95 which I’ve been to and can confirm that it’s really good! It’s different to the traditional afternoon tea but really enjoyable.

Bottomless Brunches

Brunch is its own category of food; a mixture of breakfast food and lunch food. What’s even better is if there’s entertainment and bottomless drinks. There’s a plethora of options from comedy to disco to live dj’s. Something for everyone! A few that caught my eye; Brunch Away with the Circus, Reggae Brunch and Afrobeats n Brunch. There are alot of options so if those aren’t for you, simply search for brunch and you will find something you like.

Ever wanted to live out that fantasy of travelling and dining on the Orient Express? Yeah me too until I saw the cost! Now on the fever app you can purchase a ticket for £139 which includes the train and a 3 course meal plus nibbles. Or you can simply purchase a standard class ticket for £59 from the website directly here.
