It might also be the case that you have some kind of health condition that you are struggling to manage. Again, this isn’t easy to do, but you’ve got to find a way. Relationships are tricky to navigate at the best of times, but trust us when we say that they should never make you feel bad about yourself. The relationships in your life should be positive, encouraging you to be the best version of yourself, and helping you to grow into the best person you can be.
