• Changes I’m Making to Improve Physical Health

    Oh hello there! Hope you had a lovely weekend and that Monday was gentle on you. One of my resolutions I had for myself this year was to clean up my diet and get physically strong. As a woman in her late 30s, you realise that your body doesn't snap back as it used to. So suddenly that extra half a stone (7 lbs) you used to brush off easily, is no longer so easy to get rid of. So, I thought I would share with you the changes I'm making to improve physical health.
