I had the honour of attending the magazine Cosmopolitan Self Made Summit on Saturday. The summit took place over the course of two days with keynote speakers, talks and fun stalls. The focus was on entrepreneurship and mostly women.

Changes I’m Making to Improve Physical Health
Oh hello there! Hope you had a lovely weekend and that Monday was gentle on you. One of my resolutions I had for myself this year was to clean up my diet and get physically strong. As a woman in her late 30s, you realise that your body doesn't snap back as it used to. So suddenly that extra half a stone (7 lbs) you used to brush off easily, is no longer so easy to get rid of.
