Shoe Lust

Shoe lust

Good Monday Morning! Hope you had a fantastic weekend. It’s been rainy and cold in the UK so I basically kept myself indoors, whilst cooking and making a delicious hot chocolate drink. Let me know in the comments below if you would like me to do a blog post on it.Today I am sharing my current shoe lust and I hope you love them as much as I do! Who am I kidding, of course you will love them!

I think I inherited my obsession with shoes from my mother. Growing up she had these amazing stilleto heels in all different colours and it ‘made’ her look complete. With shoes it’s to do with how they make you feel standing in them. Here a pair of the ‘right’ shoes can make you feel 10 feet tall, even though you might be only wearing a 2 inch heel. Also, it doesn’t matter who you are, your size or shape there’s always something for everyone.

The first pair is called Alissa by Carvela Kurt Geiger and when I first saw them I was instantly drawn to the colours. These would look great with an all black errything type of outfit. Or, another solid colour. Although muticoloured, it’s still subtle enough to be worn with a bright colour.

Alissa £69 (sale price)

There are a few things I enjoy about winter and one of them would be boots! I love a great pair of OTK boots in suede (or faux suede) with a chunky heel. To be just screams luxury and classy all at once. Now of course I would love a pair of the Stuart Weitzman boots but until I can get myself a pair I would quite happily have these from Ted & Muffy

Acantha £150 (sale price)

Just look at how gorgeous and well made these look! I could see myself strolling through the streets with these on, in a bardot style jumper dress.

Sticking with boots, these gorgeous Jimmy Choo Hasten cut out ankle boots I found on Net-A-Porter are calling my name…loudly!

I always wonder about this style of ankle boots due to my skinny ankles, but these look like they’d do the trick. It’s a shame that my bank account has taken a temporary hiatus in the sales 🙁

My final shoe lust is from Net-a-Porter again and it’s a trainer. Hey trainers/sneakers are shoes too and and can be styled a myriad of ways. Especially these Nike Tennis Classics

These trainers are leather and have perforations in the design. Styled with some culottes you get a comfy yet chic look.

So what do you think? Did you like any on the lust list? Or do you have any of your own to share in the comments below?

Thanks for reading and until next time be well.
