Berry Medley 

Monday has returned….yet again! I know you’d think it would have gotten the hint by now, but alas no.

Anyway here’s something to add a bit of colour to your day, my berry medley smoothie! Easy to make….just grab a handful of each of your favourite berries; I used blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Pour in some coconut milk and a squirt of honey. Blend, blend, blend and voilà!
