When you hear the word Cathedral you automatically associate it with church…well at least I do. So when it was suggested that we visited The Bamboo Cathedral, I thought…sure why not? Boy was I in for a surprise!
The bamboo was left in it’s natural state and it formed what looked like the ceiling of a cathedral. Nature is just magnificent and after walking through the cathedral, I fully understood the name. The trail leading towards the cathedral was wet with rain and as the sun came out you could see mist raising.
The Bamboo Cathedral can be found in Tucker Valley, Chaguaramas, Trinidad, West Indies.
The rain had just fallen and the animals came back out. When I say animals I mean the monkeys who live in the trees and you can see them peeking out from the trees.
Be well peeps!
