We’re all living in the unknown. This hit me like a ton of bricks recently.
We make lists and plans to be organised and get things done but at the core of it all we’re just trying to stave off the fear we have about the unknown. We honestly only have now. Yesterday left and isn’t coming back and tomorrow…well who knows what’s going to happen tomorrow?
”There are things known and things unknown and in between are the doors”~ Jim Morrison
Now this can either scare you even more because you realise that there really is no safety net. Or, you can move through the fear and let it free you. Once you get your head wrapped around the fact that we’re in the unknown, the illusion falls away and you can open yourself up to being curious. Seeing what’s in store for you and being open to a whole rainbow of experiences.
I’m not saying don’t plan because let’s face it, we need to have some semblance of organisation but, maybe not have so much attachment to the outcome of said plan. Perhaps we can hold it loosely whilst remaining open to the unexpected, the unknown.
Be well peeps
